It has been a year and a half since we did the first podcast with Ryan and Sophie and a lot has changed for them, They have done some more ocean crossings with a full Atlantic circuit, performed a bunch of upgrades to their boat and Ryan has completed a pretty dramatic solo Atlantic crossing east to west from the canaries to Cape Verde then to the Caribbean.
