Ask yourself what is the #1 obstacle that I’m facing right now that’s holding me back from being truly who I was created to be personally or professionally to being my very best self? Then examine the belief that’s associated with that. Ask “When did I start believing that? What happened in my life?” There are a lot of lies that we tell ourselves that you wouldn’t tell your best friend. If you were treating yourself like your own best friend, you would be saying something totally different to yourself. Figure out what that is and go through the exercise of adopting a new belief is very powerful.”
