The opportunity is, what is one new way you could engage with your customer that you haven’t? That deep down intuitively you know is something that you should be trying, and maybe something that’s holding you back is, “Well, that’s going to take a lot of time.” Yeah, probably because you haven’t done it yet. If we’re not challenging ourselves and stretching in a way that brings new insights, you are not going to be able to take new insights to your customers.”
