He and his past girlfriend were in a secluded area doing what teenagers do when they heard something very strange going on outside of the vehicle! Joe said this creature was maybe 10 feet or so away and made a vocalization that sounded like a siren! I have received reports in the past where people are with their partner doing things in the woods and it seems to agitate or possibly excite these beings!
