#179: Enemy Occupied Territory

Counter Culture Body of Christ We see in our day that the culture is always in conflict with the church, the body of Christ. We shouldn’t be surprised, however, as Christ tells us,    “𝐈𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮.” ~ 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟏𝟓:𝟏𝟖   So, how are believers in Jesus to respond when hated, mocked, or even persecuted? How are we to live so that our lives will draw others to know our Jesus? Well, God’s word prepares us for the troubles of this world. In this podcast episode, let’s glean from the Word and real life examples and lessons learned from the early church of Thessalonica. From these records, we can make life application for today.     Listen to this episode titled, “𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐲-𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲” with guest speaker, 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤, our guest speaker.
