Second quake in Vanuatu with at least 14 killed

Australia has sent disaster response teams to Vanuatu after a magnitude 7.3 earthquake killed at least 14 people, caused widespread damage, and overwhelmed medical facilities. Efforts are underway to rescue several people trapped under a collapsed building which houses several diplomatic missions.
