His drink of choice is an Espresso! Amr began his journey into the world of electronic music during his early teens, experimenting with different styles of dance music in his bedroom studio. Coming from a musically inclined family, music has always played a big part in his life. Even at a young age, Amr was constantly drawn to electronic music for its captivating and emotive melodies. As A.M.R he made his debut in 2008, publishing his first major single with Enhanced Recordings, gaining him popularity and support from some of the leading Trance DJs and producers from around the world, including Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, and Tiësto. In 2018, A.M.R took on a new challenge and made his first appearance into the Deep & Progressive scene with the EP Orchids, followed by Silver Lining & Pale Blue, released on Monstercat Silk. A unique blend of tones and instruments received exceptional responses, sparking a new path for this artist. Several of A.M.R’s singles are in regular rotation on SiriusXM Chill, including "Fell Out Of Love" with Brandon Mignacca. In 2020 he debuted his first artist album A Place For Everything. A compilation of familiar and fresh sounds full of color, each track taking the listener on a musical experience. Later that year, he produced a guest mix for Above & Beyond's acclaimed "Group Therapy" radio show. A.M.R continues his pursuit in the realm of electronic music, finding new and innovative ways of reaching his audience, but keeping his signature sound at the core of each track. Cheers!
