It was in 2016, when Fka Mash layed his footprint in his hometown, across South Africa and slowly into the world - both as a DJ and Producer. After his first release with Stay True Sounds, owned by South Africa's Kid Fonque, he suddenly appeared on playlists from notable names in the industry such as Black Coffee, Jimpster, Themba or Sebastien Léger to name a few. The previous two years saw Fka Mash continue to collaborate with renowned global artists such as Bongeziwe Mabandla, Pablo Bolivar, Nico de Andrea, Lemon & Herb and Stimming, the latter for this outstanding remix mentioned above. Fka Mash has founded his record label called September Bloom Records just months ago, which is the new outlet for sharing his music with the world.
