Birthe Kjær

She is the grand lady of the Danish music scene, but she sure took her sweet time to grace Eurovision with her presence. It wasn't from a lack of trying though, since she has seen the runner-up position in the the Danish Melodi Grand Prix more times than anyone should ever have to.
