When your people are hurting
When your staff is hurting, how do you handle it? If you're a boss, you tend to avoid dealing with people's pain. If you're a leader, you try to listen and show empathy, but if you're not careful, how you navigate those tough conversations may actually exacerbate their pain. But, if you're a Builder, you find ways to create safe spaces for people to process their pain but then you get everyone refocused on your vision, mission, and core values.
