She holds a PhD in Human Geography, an MSc. in Environmental Sciences and a BA in International Relations and Economics. Isabela has also been a passionate advocate for Women & Youth's effective engagement, especially in the global arena. At the International Water Association (IWA), she is the focal point for Young Water Professionals and regulators communities within IWA, working to create cohesive forces for collaborations and among different stakeholders.
