143. Supercharge Your Self-Belief - Knowing What You Want

This is the fourth in our Confidence and Self-Belief mini-series  and this one is all about supercharging our self-belief. Which starts with the fundamental question 'what do I actually want?'. This is a shape-shifting decade and being able to access 24/7 news can fill our heads with noise which can derail even the most level-headed of us. For how can we listen to our gut feel, if we have never made time to connect or join the dots up? Just 15 mins considering some fundamental questions in a moment of peace can help us take some small decisions that could enable life/work happiness in the future. We share some reflection exercises which enable more clarity for life as a whole, and is a powerful way to open our mind and heart to what could be possible in the months and years ahead.  We also share the 'career mapping' reflection tool which shifts us beyond a job title (which may change) towards thinking bigger picture.  Whether solo or with a friend, asking 'what makes me happy?' is a great place to start. Even if things are not great for you at the moment, it reminds us that no feeling is final, that things can change, and that listening to yourself is the first step to supercharging your belief.
