Racial Justice with Rachel J. Robasciotti

In this week's episode of Secure The Seat, I interview Rachel J. Robasciotti. Rachel is the Founder and CEO at Adasina Social Capital. We discuss racial justice and our wealth. She graduated from high school at 15 years-old and ultimately attended the University of California, Berkeley where she studied economics. After working at large financial firms learning what they do well and what she wanted to do differently, in 2004 at the age 25, she founded Robasciotti & Philipson – a firm dedicated to transforming wealth into a tool that supports the well-being of people and the planet.  In 2018, Rachel launched the firm’s Social Justice Investing strategy which would become Adasina Social Capital. This strategy has positioned her as a leader in the financial industry for integrating issues of racial, gender, economic, and climate justice into investment portfolios.
