Dale Copeland on China and Commerce

Dr. Copeland recently published a new book called A World Safe for Commerce: American Foreign Policy From The Revolution To The Rise of China. At UVA, Dr. Copeland studies the impact of the rise and decline of economic and military power on state behavior.
