I know ChatGPT is blowing up recently, but is AI really equipped to handle eating disorders? Apparently, NEDA thinks so. Recently, NEDA (National Eating Disorder Association) fired their entire hotline team in exchange for an AI chatbot named Tessa. And well... Tessa alone might be proving that AI is not a smart choice when navigating mental disorders.
