157. Starting at Square One - Here’s what I’d do differently

Do you sometimes feel like you’re starting at square one with your fitness and nutrition? It’s super common to “fall off the wagon” for a while, and feel like you need to just start over. But what are your wisest steps forward from here? How can you avoid a ton of extra time and heartache this time around? In this episode, I’m going to share exactly what I would do differently if I had to start over myself. If someone were to come in and remove all the health and fitness gains I’ve made in my own body and go back to square one, what would I do? What mistakes nutrition, exercise and fitness mistakes would I avoid? And what specific steps would I take to make sure I got results in all the right ways?
