241. Nonfat vs. Full Fat Dairy - Which is Better?

The full fat vs. nonfat dairy debate can be really confusing. So it’s not surprising that podcast listener Kristi found herself in the dairy aisle at the grocery store, unsure about which type of Greek yogurt to buy. Kristi asks: “Should we be eating full-fat dairy or nonfat dairy? For example, between nonfat Greek yogurt and full fat Greek yogurt, which one is actually better?
