311. Bowed Legs? Exercises and Stretches for Better Alignment

Sometimes our individual body structure can make certain exercises more challenging - and we need a little expert advice to help us make some adjustments. I am bow legged, and so sometimes it makes it harder for me to do balancing exercises. Any tips? I try to dig my toes in the ground and engage my core, but I'm still a little wobbly.
