Breathwork has really become a more mainstream modality over the last few years. From once being seen as woo woo, to now buckets of evidence showcasing its ability to reduce stress and anxiety, regulate emotions, improve brain function and immune heath and heal trauma. From my own experience it has connected me back to my feminine energy and my body, given me presence and actually put me on the path to purpose by listening to my inner voice without distraction.I am so excited to be deep diving into all things breath with the incredible Rory Warnock. Rory is a breathwork specialist and ultramarathon runner. I was connected at a Lululemon event last year and I have wanted to get him on the mic ever since.
