Fact Or Fiction? Is The Amazon Customer Quality Score Really a Thing?

Today we will look at the Customer Quality Score that pertains to ranking and reviews and look at some of the logic and reasoning behind it. It is commonly spoke about that A9 has a Customer Quality Score that determines that discounted vs non discounted products are weighted differently. Older reviews are weighted better than newer reviews, and the quality of the customer plays a role in in the review calculation.
