Since 2016, Dr. Paula Johnson has led one of America's top colleges, Wellesley. But besides being the first Black woman to head the school, Dr. Johnson is also a renowned cardiologist, health policy expert and researcher who has made groundbreaking studies of how diseases affect women and men differently. She shares her insights into women's leadership, the direction medicine needs to take, and her optimism for the future.
