Taking office after Liberia endured 14 years of brutal civil war, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf made sure women were part of the peace-building process. Ambassador Melanne Verveer talks to this Nobel Prize laureate about leadership, and why countries that want to progress must have women participating at all levels of society .
