In this episode of Serendipity, a man accidentally tunes into a channel showing a closed circuit image of a lobby and then begins to obsess about a mysterious woman in a pill-box hat. He is the former host of PRI’s Wiretap which he created and produced from 2002-2015. In 2015 he won the Prix Italia for Best Original Radio Drama.
