The Path of MeditationShabd Yoga is a practical way of life for realizing our true self as soul and awakening the Universal Consciousness within us, through meditation. The essential component of Shabd Yoga is the competent, living Master-Saint - Sant Khem Singh - who connects and guides the aspirant in meditation to his or her Higher Self, at the level of soul, in the form of inner Light and inner Sound. The living, competent Master is concerned at all times for the spiritual well-being of humanity. Baba Sawan Singh, Sant Kirpal Singh, Sant Thakar Singh worked in the past. Today it is Sant Khem Singh.
