As two black girls working in the corporate world, we've experienced our fair share of side eyes and comments regarding our hair. Our hair is so dynamic that it can go from super short to a big afro to braids of all shapes and sizes. It can be both stressful and annoying being in an environment where people prefer you a certain way.
