Habits and your mood are so closely linked. The thing about a low mood and a good mood are that they both trigger behaviours that cause more of the things that will either lift, or lower your mood.The best thing you can do is to be aware of your habits and notice when they start to spiral with upwards or downwards.I recommend the book The Slight Edge, by Jeff Olson in this episode.
