The "Wellness" Rebrand

The 2010s is a time we have come to think of as the ‘wellness’ rebrand. The era in which we declared that we wanted to be ‘strong not skinny’ and that we discarded what we now thought of as ‘fad’ diets and traded them in for consistent ‘healthy’ living.
