A lot of us are re-evaluating our routines at the moment. I tend to give my routine a tweak or even a total reset as the seasons change, and for lots of us, living through a pandemic has prompted us to reevaluate and reset our routines. Having a routine helps us save time AND mental energy. But also, at times like these, having a routine can help us feel that sense of normal that we’re all craving.
