Episode 3: Unorthodox

Unorthodox is a German-American drama miniseries that debuted on Netflix in March 2020. The show is based on Deborah Feldman's book 'Unorthodox: The scandalous rejection of my Hasidic roots'. The four-part drama series has taken Netflix by storm with a 94% rating on rotten tomatoes (at the time of recording). The show follows Esti's journey from the Hasidic Jewish community in Brooklyn to a secular lifestyle in Berlin.
