2024 MILLROSE GAMES PREVIEW

If you are unfamiliar with the Millrose Games, it can be best described as the Indoor "Super Bowl" for Track & Field. The best of the best, most prestigious, and most anticipated are safe descriptions of this event. It was once held in Madison Square Garden and has found its home in the historic New York Armory. This year's event will be literally for the record books as owner/host of the podcast Josh Kerr goes after a World Record! The 2024 Milrose Games is shaping up to be one of the best in history as multiple world records will be attempted. Josh Kerr is in the two-mile, and Yared Nuguse is in the one-mile. The day will be full of nonstop action, ultimately allowing this preview to be an hour long. This episode of Sit & Kick covers this weekend's meet, events, and athletes in play. The two hosts, Erik Sowinksi and David Ribich draft their teams and pick their favorites ahead of the most anticipated indoor track and field weekend.
