#8 - Jackie Hering: putting life out to the universe, two babies in two years, and the art of sharing parenting.

Skye and Jackie have been racing each other the last five or so years, and now they sit down and talk about life beyond the race course. Jackie is a Ironman and 70.3 champion, a mother of two, and one of her strengths is not overly stressing about things in life (superpower?!). Jackie talks about her traumatic first child birth experience, returning to sport after having two babies in two years, letting go of control by putting things out to the universe, how she and her husband are equal partners in parenting, and even a bit about the art of stroller running. Not an episode to be missed! Follow and cheer Jackie on via instagram @jackiemhering

Join Skye as she shares her journey as a professional triathlete, and now, a soon to be mother. Skye is using her time being pregnant to chat with other female athletes who have been pregnant to learn about their journeys through pregnancy and sport, which can hopefully help other women on their journeys!
