#9 - Mirinda Carfrae: knowing it was time to start a family, birthing stories, and taking the time to fully recover.

Mirinda Carfrae, aka Rinny, is a legendary retired professional triathlete. Rinny was the Ironman World Champion in Kona three times, and when she wasn't winning Kona, she was almost always on the podium there. Rinny had her first child well into her career at 36 years old, and would go on to have two more children. Skye and Rinny talk through Rinny's pregnancies, the mental break from sport, where she was mentally as she returned to sport after her first two children, sponsorship support through maternity, and her three birthing experiences. Rinny shares her thoughts on how important the recovery is after birth before getting back to training, and more!
