Getting Calm Without Meds - Adi's Story

I can't be the only one who struggles with stress and anxiety, right? There are many techniques that help to control some of it, but what happens when it builds up and leads to something bigger? Do you ever find yourself in the middle of a panic attack with no way to calm yourself?Today we are chatting with the woman behind CalmiGo! Adi Wallach is an inventor, who through her own struggles created a drug-free way to deal with anxiety. Adi started experiencing panic attacks and tried different techniques to calm them; including yoga, therapy, relaxation techniques, and diet changes. While she benefited from all of them, she found that nothing helped her while she was having a panic attack. Adi did not want to rely on medications and their side effects, so she set out to create a product that could help! Starting with research, she discovered what methods helped during a panic attack. She used these to create CalmiGo, which is available to adults and children 6 years and up. Parents are excited for a drug-free solution to help children with their stress and anxiety! What methods are found in CamiGo?Adaptive Breathing RegulationsMulti-Sensory StimulationCalming ScentsLearn more about Adi's natural solution for immediate relief in moments of distress!calmigo.com https://calmigo.com/Instagram https://www.instagram.com/mycalmigo/Want to know more about living a slowed down life?!Simple Shortcuts to Peace Course - https://stephanieodea.com/peaceDaily Journaling https://stephanieodea.com/daily New Year, New You Mini Challenge - https://stephanieodea.com/newyouJoin me for my LIVE Masterclass - https://stephanieodea.com/masterclass/Website - https://stephanieodea.comBlog - https://stephanieodea.com/blog/Slow Living Podcast - https://stephanieodea.com/podcastSpeaking Opportunities - https://stephanieodea.com/speaking/Coaching Opportunities - https://stephanieodea.com/coaching/Courses - https://stephanieodea.com/courses/Contact - stephanieodea.com/contact/
