From Virology to Networking - an interview with Stuart Webb
I work in all aspects of sales & marketing and financial management, mentoring CEOs and directors to grow and manage their teams, commercialising new products and turning around struggling businesses and projects, particularly those very competent technical business people who want to be better commercially.I love the excitement of innovation and bringing new businesses to life using all the disciplines I learned as a scientist - and the business tools, techniques and templates I have developed since to ensure business growth.My early background as a scientist is very different to most in this field and it gave me the foundations which have underpinned consistent success regardless of the type of business I’m supporting. A vital discipline for a scientist is ensuring work is repeatable (the basis of all scientific research) - this has given me a uniquely-proven approach to embed robust thinking and unbreakable formulas as the foundations for business growth. And it works!
