S01E04 - Litoral and Pampeano Folklore - Racial Imagination

In this occasion we dive into other regions from Argentina. The Pampa Region and the Litoral Region. Both located to the center of Argentina. By the experiences and the knowledge from the great artists that join us on this episode we will discover the differences between this regions and the one that we have been discussing on the previous episodes. The big One concept that this episodes talks about is "Racial Imagination." With the support from Julio Mendívil's book (Against the Music) we will identify this concept with what happened to the African cultures that are closely related with how the folkloric music in South America is described many times. These are reductions of the great and rich complexities from the popular or folk musics.
