Paul's own self love journey included a 75lb weight loss, coming out to his friends and family, getting out of 75K of debt and breaking free from the need to constantly people please. It wasn't until he reached rock bottom that he knew he had to drastically change his circumstances and completely overhauled his life and his habits for a new beginning and a road to self-love!
