This week Rye and Jess bring on their good friend, Lauren Breiding, Clean Living Consultant and founder of Detox Me Tuesday for an educational episode focused on chemicals and toxins in our personal products: what you need to look out for, why it matters, and how to gradually switch your products to those with safer ingredients. Lauren currently works with Beauty Counter (a clean beauty and skincare company with over 150 products made without chemicals, adhering to the highest standards of safety), and has been researching ways to live a cleaner, safer life for over four years through using safer products on her body and in her home.
