Tonya Whipp, a 38-year-old woman from Auburndale, central Florida, has been missing since early June 2023. Described as a white female standing approximately 5'7" with light brown hair, Tonya was last known to be living with her boyfriend, Russell Caroll, and his brother, Preston, on Caroline Avenue.
