Nancy is the CEO of Crisis Text Line, a non-profit organization providing free crisis intervention via text messages and was the creator of Dress for Success, a non-profit organization that provides professional attire for low-income women, to help support their job-search and interview process. Her work has been recognized with all kinds of awards and honors including being named as one of Fortune’s “World’s 50 Greatest Leaders”, Marie Claire's "20 Women Changing the World”, and Schwab's "Social Entrepreneurs of the Year".
