I feel like I have known Tamara Levinson for a decade, and to have her come onto  Spirit Moves Podcast was like chatting with an old friend. Tamara was an Olympic athlete, a professional dancer for some of the biggest names in music, and has paved the path to freedom in movement. She created MovMEANT, because we are all MEANT to MOVE.
