Episode #53: Organization
This episode I talk about how i organize my groups, sponsors, skyboxes & picnics. Using a CRM is great but i find more success with using an excel sheet. For me i have to be able to see everything all at once and have it right there in front of me. Knowing where you are in the sales process with prospects and clients is a key tool in sales. You need to know where you are in the sales process with clients and being organized is how you can achieve that.
I took a little video of what my excel sheet looks like and put it up on Instagram. i just whited out the company names.
