This episode I talk about what I keep in mind and what I do after the sale. Our goal is to create partnerships with our clients that is long-lasting, not just a flash in the pan. I believe by doing these things sets you up in the best position for them to renew. Just because they signed on the dotted line, doesn't mean you're done. It means you got a new thing to do.
