Finding Provision & Rescue
In this special episode David, Cat, and Jeff are joined by our Resident Rabbi Richelle (3R) to talk about Purim. Esther is the only book of the Bible that doesn’t mention the name of God, yet clearly one can look and find ways God provides, rescues, works though, for and within the characters. We discuss the cultural practices, secular observance, the celebration of Purim. We also examine the importance of names, identity, casting lots, and have some fun with remembering the sounds of Purim.
