This is a deep healing process that you may need to repeat to heal any and all layers of pain in your being.Releasing pain does not dishonour the past, it allows you to live more powerfully and effectively in the present. Remembering the past and holding the pain of the past are two different experiences, two different realities. You are here to heal the past, to use everything for your upliftment and growth, to absorb the lessons of painful experience.
