Special #1: Eugene Teo on the biggest mistakes people make with their training and nutrition

In this special episode, I’m visited by coach Eugene Teo, who was in Denmark in June to host his Muscle Mechanics workshop. You may know him from Instagram, but if not I think you will like him! He is a former bodybuilder and for many years he has been a strength coach, and educator within the field of training and nutrition.

Unfortunately the sound of the episode is affected by a cable being broken inside, which caused a buzzing sound and my microphone did not record. I'm really sorry about it and have repaired the sound as well as I was able to, of course it would have been better without the broken cable.
