Share the purpose of the challenge, including what God says about fitness. Emphasize the importance of incorporating faith into fitness. Highlight the theme of gratitude for November, shifting our perspective to be grateful, not hateful our bodies. Discuss how the challenge helps build a fitness foundation grounded in the Word of God. Pray for transformative results with power, peace, and grace as you lean into the challenge.
