212: Stay Fit Summer Checklist for Traveling and Vacations
Today I'm diving into how to stay fit over the summer while you're traveling or on vacation. Let's get started! This episode will help you stay on track with easy travel tips, eating healthy on vacation, and getting in the Word and your workouts. Summer is like a long, extended holiday, and it's full of distractions that can derail your fitness and faith goals. There is a huge temptation to think, "I’m too busy, I don’t have time to read my Bible," or "I’ll eat whatever I want and skip my workouts for the next few months and then I'll get back on track in the fall." But, sweet sister in Christ! Remember how far this sets you back. Ignorance is not bliss; we reap what we sow and don't want to start the fall unhealthy.
