Focus on what you can control and you’re gonna be fine

One of the best ways you can help yourself in times of stress and uncertainty (like 2020!) is to focus on what you *can* control, instead of what you can’t. People of all ages are burning out from the intensity and strain of this year. Mental health issues are on the rise everywhere. But there is good news: You have the power to focus (or refocus) your attention. YOU say what gets your time and energy. And in this episode Kelly offers up some support and helpful tips on how to focus on the things that are in the locus of your control and how to be choosy with what gets your precious time, energy and attention.
