It’s so good to be back with you again! In this episode, we have a real talk about the grief and anger resulting from the American election while also figuring out how to move forward. It’s important to be honest with yourself and allow space for your feelings right now. AND it’s important for YOU to take care of YOU, focus on what you can control, connect with people around you and purposely create joy (don’t dare let them take it away!) We are all gutted that we have so much more work still to do, it seems inhumanely cruel because it is. But like those who successfully fought to remove Brazil’s right-wing fascist president, Bolsonaro, we can use their slogan, “Ninguém solta a mão de ninguém” which translates to “No one let go of anyone’s hand”, we are in this together.
