Up, Down and Sideways: Feeling all the feels

Everyone who is allowing themselves to feel is up, down and sideways as we experience, process, grieve and try to wrap our minds around this pandemic and our “new normal." In this episode, Kelly helps you identify those feelings and understand that they are completely natural and expected in a time like this. We are all experiencing unprecedented stress, confusion and uncertainty. You may feel overwhelmed or even “crazy” at times. You may be having mood swings, trouble concentrating or your anxiety may be through the roof - all of these things are a natural response to the stimulus and trauma we are collectively and individually experiencing. You are NOT alone. Whatever you are feeling - others are feeling it, too. Ease up on yourself and let yourself feel what you feel. It’s OK to be a mess. It’s OK to fall apart. It’s OK to feel happy and grateful without feeling guilty. In this time of chaos and uncertainty, give yourself space and time to feel whatever you feel. That’s where the healing starts.
